Nikkah Ready is a halal matchmaking service operated by Nikkah Ready Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 17237164). We take the privacy of our users seriously. 2. Who Can Use Nikkah Ready

Nikkah Ready is intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Profiles may be created by an individual for themselves (a Candidate) or by a family member or guardian on behalf of a marriage candidate (a Guardian). In all cases, the person whose details are listed must be 18 or over, and the account holder is responsible for ensuring they have permission to share that person's information.

Nikkah Ready is designed to protect your privacy from other users. Your real name and photographs are not shown to other users by default — profiles are identified by an anonymous ID, and you control when and whether your name or photo becomes visible. Your full legal name and identity documents are never shown to other users under any circumstances.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from our active systems, and your details are stripped from any conversations you took part in. We may retain a limited record where we are required to for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons — for example, records relating to reports of abuse are retained for moderation and safety purposes. Identity-verification data is retained only as long as necessary for verification and compliance.

Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in Section 7. Cancelling a paid subscription is done through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
